A Digital Look Ahead To A Very Digital EASY World 2020!

With the intriguing invitation to ‘Dive into the world of Digitization,’ EASY SOFTWARE’s next international user conference has just opened its doors for registration.

Those are ‘virtual’ doors, of course, as the conference is going, for the first time ever, to be completely online. This will allow delegates to, in EASY’s own words, participate in the entire event while “sitting comfortably at your laptop”. And even better, as a result of the new working conditions the professional audience who attend are currently under, the entire programme has been designed to be linked to everyday work, with time slots to accommodate this.

Scheduled, then, for the end of next month (September 29th) and with an official title of ‘Congress for Digital Business Processes,’ the extensive digital experience of EASY World 2020 will offer no less than 70 sessions, with 20 international presentations in English and over 50 presentations in German, all at a convenient 20 minutes each.

There are also three streams to ensure full global access, with Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific all covered, with the European stream set to commence at 9am British Summer Time on the 29th.

Already-confirmed topics include informed debate about all the important trends EASY customers and partners face in the evolution to digital, from procurement-to-pay to HR, material management to DMS, as well as cloud services, digital platforms and applications.

Some really interesting speakers have also been secured. These include entrepreneur, author, Global Digital Women star and presenter Tijen Onaran, who is all about encouraging networking and visibility of women in the digital industry, and who also advises boards on diversity issues.

User experience is vital in understanding how to achieve Digitization, so EASY’s been lucky enough to secure a number of interesting live user case study presentations. Highlights here might be the ‘Fireside chat’ with Ireland’s leading health insurance player Vhi, as well as what looks to be a very insightful Expert Panel discussion on ‘360 degree Experience Management.’ MC-ed by well-known independent UK computer journalist Sue Tabbitt, former VP Market Intelligence of AIIM, Doug Miles, and the MD of EASY Software Germany, Michael Reiserer. Tune in for a deep dive into which UK and German businesses are succeeding in collecting and utilising experience-related data from their stakeholders and the impact this is having on employee experience (go here for a full listing of all 20 international/English language presentations and their European timings).

Finally, at least nine significant EASY partners have also agreed to present at the show. But don’t think it’s all work and no play… there’s a lot you can do even online to chill and have some fun! Fancy your FIFA Playstation chances? Then take on the challenge of facing up against the eSports team of top-flight German football aces Borussia Mönchengladbach!

Seems like a pretty excellent conference to us. If you agree, head on over to register your interest and secure your digital laptop participation here.
